Acceptance of Terms

By using the TooSharp Learning website, you agree to these terms. TooSharp Learning is operated by Too Sharp, LLC, Maryland.

Services

TooSharp Learning provides barber education content, service booking facilitation, and apprenticeship inquiry services. Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmed by the business.

Educational Content — No Licensure

Training content is educational. It is not a Board-approved barber school program and does not by itself count toward Maryland licensure hours. Completing modules does not qualify you to practise barbering — Maryland requires a licence.

Maryland licensure requires either 1,200 hours in a Board-approved barber school or 2,250 hours as a registered apprentice in a permitted barbershop under a Master Barber sponsor, followed by written and practical examinations. Confirm current requirements with the Maryland Department of Labor, Board of Barbers.

Results from applying training content vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. No specific income or outcome is guaranteed. Membership terms are set out in our Training Access Terms.

Third-Party Booking

Appointment booking is handled by Booksy, an independent third party. Their terms and privacy policy govern anything you do on their platform. We are not responsible for Booksy's availability, pricing display, notifications, or data handling.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when creating an account. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Content You Submit

If you send us a testimonial, review, or application, you grant Too Sharp, LLC permission to publish it — with your name, role, and city as you provided them — on this website and in our marketing. We will only publish a testimonial where we hold your permission, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us; we will remove it promptly.

Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed by a team member within 24 hours. See our Cancellation Policy for details on changes and cancellations.

Apprenticeship Applications

Submitting an apprenticeship application does not guarantee a place. We can sponsor a limited number of apprentices at a time, and all applications are reviewed individually. We aim to respond within two business days.

Too Sharp, LLC is a permitted Maryland barbershop and a registered Master Barber sponsor, and reports apprentice hours monthly to the Maryland Board of Barbers. All licensing decisions — permits, hour credit, exam eligibility, and licences — are made by the Board, not by us. We cannot guarantee licensure or exam results.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and educational materials — is the property of Too Sharp, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Too Sharp, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
